Jet skiers are welcome to use the River Tay at Perth and regular users have produced a Code of Conduct to balance the interests of responsible Jet Skiers with the local community’s concerns over noise and other disturbance.

The Code of Conduct sets the framework in terms of the area of activity, activity hours, duration on the water, number of users, number of occasions on the water, noise reduction, speeds, identification of craft, parking of vehicles, wildlife, safety and communication.

It has been signed by the regular users who have committed to sharing the Code with other Jet skiers and encouraging them to abide by it.
